Who we are
Press My Crew is the apparel store of 123 Signs, a sign and print shop founded in 2016 in Chicago Ridge, Illinois, southwest of Chicago. The same crew that letters trucks, fabricates channel letters and prints banners for Chicagoland businesses prints the shirts on this site. There is no middleman: your order is produced at 9960 Andersen Ave, Unit C, Chicago Ridge, IL 60415.
How we print
The tee packages you design online are the Gildan Softstyle 64000 adult T-shirt; we also print polos, long sleeves, hi-vis work tees, fleece, aprons and totes by quote, and sublimate 15 oz mugs. Garments are decorated with direct-to-film (DTF) transfers: your artwork is printed in full color onto transfer film and heat-pressed onto each one, one at a time, in our shop. Mugs are the exception — dye sublimation, because film will not bond to a glazed surface. The process handles photographs, gradients and small text without per-color charges or screen setup, and it lets us print a single sample before a run when a proof needs a physical check. You approve a digital proof before anything prints. The proof shows exact placement and size in inches on your shirt color, so what arrives matches what you approved.
Who we print for
Businesses outfitting staff, schools and clubs, teams, fundraisers, family reunions and events across Chicago and the south and southwest suburbs, shipping nationwide within the US. Local customers are welcome to pick up in Chicago Ridge; everyone else gets their order shipped.
