Production time
- Standard: we do not publish a fixed production window, because it depends on the size of the job and on garment stock. Your date is confirmed on your digital proof, before anything prints, and the clock starts when you approve that proof and payment is in.
- Rush: a flat fee you can add at checkout, which moves your job to the front of the queue. Tell us the date you need at checkout (“Need them by”) and we confirm it with your proof.
- Garment availability: if a color or size is back-ordered by the mill we tell you before production and offer a substitute or a partial ship.
Shipping
- We ship anywhere in the United States from Chicago Ridge, Illinois. Ground shipping typically adds 1 to 5 business days depending on distance.
- Shipping within the United States is free on every package, and local pickup at the shop is free too. No sales tax is charged at checkout.
- Orders ship complete unless you ask for a split. A tracking number is added to your order status when the parcel leaves the shop.
- We do not ship outside the United States at this time.
Local pickup
Pick up free at 9960 Andersen Ave, Unit C, Chicago Ridge, IL 60415 during shop hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Central)). Choose pickup in the shipping step once it is available, or ask us to switch your order to pickup.
Damaged or missing parcels
Contact us within 5 business days of delivery with your order id and photos of the packaging. We open a claim with the carrier and reprint or replace what was damaged in transit. See Returns & reprints.
