1. Who you are dealing with
Press My Crew is a brand of 123 Signs, Inc. (“we”, “us”). Contact: 877-500-0021, or the contact form at /contact.
2. Orders and proofs
An order request records your package, sizes, print locations, contact and shipping details and, when you design online, your layout and files. We produce nothing until (a) you approve a digital proof on your private order page and (b) the order is paid. The approved proof is the specification for the job; check spelling, colors, sizes and placement carefully.
3. Pricing and payment
Package, size and print prices are published on this site and recomputed by our server when an order request is recorded; the total shown at that moment is the price of the goods. Shipping within the United States and local pickup are free; no sales tax is charged at checkout. Online card payment is processed by Stripe on its own secure pages; we never see or store your card details. Payment is taken when you check out. You may attach artwork before paying, and the artwork portal opens as soon as the order is recorded; either way your proof is prepared after payment, and nothing is printed until you approve it.
4. Your artwork
You confirm that you own or are licensed to reproduce the artwork, names and logos you upload, and you authorize us to reproduce them for your order. You are responsible for any claim that your artwork infringes someone else’s rights. We may refuse artwork that is unlawful, hateful or that we cannot print well.
5. Delivery
Turnaround and shipping are described on the shipping page. Dates are estimates; we are not liable for carrier delays but will help with claims.
6. Problems, reprints and returns
Our returns and reprints policy is part of these terms. Our liability for any order is limited to reprinting the affected shirts or refunding what you paid for them.
7. Your data
We use your details only to produce and deliver the order and to answer you, as described in the privacy policy.
8. Private order links
Your order page, artwork and proof are reached through a private link that contains a secret key. Keep it to yourself; anyone with the link can view the order and change its artwork before proof approval.
9. Text message program
123 Signs, Inc. (doing business as Press My Crew) offers order updates and replies to your questions by SMS. You opt in by ticking “Text me order updates” at checkout or choosing “Text me” when asking a question on this site; opting in is not a condition of purchase. Messages cover your own order or question only: order recorded, payment received, proof ready, shipped with tracking, ready for pickup, and answers from the shop. Message frequency varies with your order. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; reply HELP or contact 877-500-0021 / the form at /contact for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See the privacy policy for how your number is handled.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Disputes are handled in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.
