Thin gold lines and a fine-serif monogram are the sort of detail that disappears in a coarse print; the proof shows the monogram at actual size so you can see the hairlines hold before anything prints.
If your crew is ordering something similar
- Use the monogram or icon alone on the front and the full logo on the back.
- Hairline details under 0.5 pt at print size are risky in any method; we flag them on the proof.
- Gold on black is a contractor favorite because it photographs well next to finished work.
