The design as printed
A BMW enthusiast club with a circular badge design in blue and silver tones. The badge is printed small on the chest and large on the back, where the fine ring text and the car silhouette have room to breathe.
Round badges with small text around the rim are a good test of any printing method; DTF holds the thin letters at 10 inches across and the halftone shading in the center without banding.
If your crew is ordering something similar
- Ring text around a badge should be at least 0.25 inch tall on the back to stay readable.
- Blues and silvers on black look richest with a full white under-base — ask for it on the proof.
- Clubs usually order 30 or 50; keep the design identical across sizes so members match.
