Who orders these
- Restaurants and cafés outfitting servers, cooks and hosts
- Bars, taprooms and food trucks
- Catering crews and pop-ups working events
- Franchise locations that need the same shirt on every shift
What to print, and where
- Left chest, small
- Your logo at 3–4 inches, where a name badge would sit. Keep it simple enough to read at arm’s length — the detailed version goes on the back.
- Upper back, across the shoulders
- The restaurant name in large type. Print it high: an apron covers anything below the shoulder blades, which is the single most common mistake we fix on proofs.
- Sleeve (optional)
- A location, a founding year or a social handle. One sleeve per shirt, up to 6 × 6 inches.
On our adult T-shirt packages, one front print up to 4 × 4 in is included. A back print adds $2.50 per shirt and one sleeve $2.50; 2XL adds $2.00 and 3XL $3.25 each. Polos, hoodies, youth tees, aprons and other items are priced in their quote, prints and sizes included.
Which package to start with
Most restaurants start with the 30-tee package in black — it hides kitchen stains, and the white under-base keeps brand reds and yellows bright on it. Add the back print; almost every restaurant does. Polos for front-of-house are a quoted package on the same artwork.
We confirm your production date on your proof; the clock starts when you approve it and payment is in, plus 1–5 business days in transit.

Questions from these crews
- How many spares should we order?
- Staff turnover is real: order a few extra in M, L and XL. Reordering the same design later is easy — we keep your artwork on the order — but a reprint is a new package, so the spares are cheaper bought now.
- Can different roles have different shirts?
- Yes, as separate packages: for example black tees for the kitchen and polos for servers, both with the same logo. Each package is priced on its own count.
- Will the print survive commercial washing?
- DTF prints do best with gentle care: wash cold and inside out, tumble dry low or hang dry, and never iron the print. Hot industrial laundry is hard on any print, and we do not promise a number of washes. If shirts go through a laundry service every day, tell us and we will say honestly whether a screen-printed run suits you better.
