What to print, and where
- Front, small or centered
- The club or team mark. Centered chest prints suit event shirts; a left-chest mark suits coaches and staff.
- Full back
- Sponsor logos, a roster, or the event name and year. Send each sponsor logo as its own file and we lay them out so every one is readable, then show you on the proof.
- Sleeve
- A season, a year or a hashtag, the same on every shirt. A different number for each player is a quoted set (see below).
On our adult T-shirt packages, one front print up to 4 × 4 in is included. A back print adds $2.50 per shirt and one sleeve $2.50; 2XL adds $2.00 and 3XL $3.25 each. Polos, hoodies, youth tees, aprons and other items are priced in their quote, prints and sizes included.
Which package to start with
Pick the package that matches your headcount, with a few spares; most leagues and fundraisers land on 50 or 100 tees. Youth sizes, hoodies and sweatshirts are quoted packages — tell us the size split and we price it.
We confirm your production date on your proof; the clock starts when you approve it and payment is in, plus 1–5 business days in transit.

- Can we collect sizes after we order?
- Sizes are part of the order, so collect them first — a shared sheet works well. If a count changes before you approve the proof, tell us and we adjust it.
- Do you print numbers or names on the back?
- Numbered or named sets are quoted rather than priced online: send the artwork plus a list of sizes with numbers or names and we quote the run.
- We are raising money — can we see the proof before we collect payment?
- The order is paid first, then we prepare the proof — and nothing prints until you approve it. Many groups collect pledges before ordering for that reason. If you need a mock-up to circulate before you pay, ask on the contact page and we will make one.
