Think about the job
What does your team do all day? Reach up to shelves? Bend to clean a car? Carry trays? Sit at a desk?
Make a short list of what matters most. Maybe a light shirt, a looser fit, or fabric that feels smooth. A shirt that feels great at a desk may not be your first pick for a messy job.
Check the exact shirt
One brand makes many shirts, and they feel and fit differently. Ask for the style name or number, so you compare the right shirts.
Our adult tee packs use the Gildan Softstyle 64000 adult T-shirt. It is a soft cotton tee, a little slimmer than a classic heavy tee. Our garment specs guide has the fabric details. Want a different shirt? Ask us about other options.
Check the fit with a shirt you own
Take a shirt that fits you well.
- Lay it flat on a table.
- Smooth it out.
- Measure straight across the chest.
- Measure from the top of the shoulder to the bottom edge.
- Compare those numbers with the size chart.
Our size and fit guide shows where to measure. Don’t pick a size just because the letter looks right. A large in one brand can fit like a medium in another.
Think about the print, too
A small logo leaves most of the shirt bare. A big solid picture covers more fabric, and you feel it more. If a light, cool shirt matters, keep the print small or open. See why prints feel different.
Make washing easy for the team
Share the wash steps when you hand out the shirts: inside out, cold water, hang dry or low heat, no bleach and no iron on the print. Here is the short wash guide.
Need help picking?
Tell us about your team and the work they do. Include the sizes, how many shirts, and the fit you want.
Quick questions
- Does a thicker shirt always feel softer?
- No. A thick shirt can feel stiff, and a thin one can feel smooth. Check the exact shirt, not just its weight.
- Will the same size fit the same in every shirt?
- No. Fit changes from one style to the next. Use the size chart for the shirt you are buying.
- Can I see a sample first?
- Ask us what samples we have before you order. Don’t assume a sample is free or included.
