Start with the shirt pack
Here are our adult T-shirt packs. These prices come straight from our current price list.
| Shirts in the pack | Price per shirt | Pack total |
|---|---|---|
| 12 | $12.99 | $155.88 |
| 30 | $7.99 | $239.70 |
| 50 | $5.99 | $299.50 |
| 100 | $3.99 | $399.00 |
Every pack uses the Gildan Softstyle 64000 adult T-shirt. The pack price covers sizes S to XL and one front logo up to 4 × 4 in.
A bigger pack costs less per shirt, but more in total. So buy the number your team needs, not the biggest pack.
Add the parts you want
- A back print adds $2.50 per shirt.
- One sleeve print adds $2.50 per shirt.
- A 2XL shirt adds $2.00. A 3XL adds $3.25.
A bigger print, a second sleeve, or drawing a new logo gets its own quote. A quote is a price for your exact job.
Shipping anywhere in the United States is free. Pickup at our Chicago Ridge shop is free.
A simple example
Say you need 12 shirts. All are sizes S to XL. You want the front logo and a back print.
- The shirt pack costs $155.88.
- The back prints add $30.00.
- The total is $185.88.
That example has no rush and no custom art. Our logos have no extra charge per color, so a full-color logo costs the same as a one-color one.
Compare the same things in every quote
When you compare two shops, ask:
- Is it the same shirt?
- Is it the same number of shirts?
- Are the prints the same size?
- Are both sides included?
- Do bigger sizes cost more?
- Is shipping included?
A small front logo and a big front-and-back design are two different orders. Compare the whole order, not just the first price you see.

Quick questions
- Why does a small order cost more per shirt?
- Setting up your art, making the proof and packing the box take the same work on every order. A bigger pack spreads that work over more shirts.
- Does each print color cost more?
- No. We print in full color with no charge per color. Extra print spots and bigger sizes are what cost more.
- Is the lowest price always the best deal?
- Not always. Check the shirt, the print size and any extra fees first. A cheap price on a thin shirt with a tiny print is not the same order.
