Tell us when you need the shirts
Give us the day the shirts must be in your hands. That may be before the event itself, if you need time to sort sizes and hand them out.
Put that date in the “Need them by” box at checkout. If your date is close, contact us first.
Send everything together
We can plan your job fastest when we have:
- How many shirts.
- The shirt color.
- Each person’s size.
- Your logo or design.
- Where each print goes.
- The day you need them.
A missing size or logo can hold everything up. Our small team guide helps you count shirts and collect sizes.
Check your proof with care
Pay by card when you check out; your free digital proof follows, and nothing prints until you approve it. Read every word on the proof. Check the logo size, where each print goes, the shirt color and the size count. Ask for any changes before you approve.
We don’t publish one fixed print time for every job. We confirm your production date on your proof, and the clock starts once you have paid and approved it.
Leave time for the trip
Printing time and shipping time are two different things. Shipping takes 1–5 business days after your shirts are made. Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting holidays.
You can also pick up at our Chicago Ridge shop. Ask us when your order will be ready.
Need it sooner?
Rush is $25.00 at checkout. It moves your job to the front of the line, and we still confirm the date on your proof. Rush is not same-day printing, and it can’t promise any delivery date you choose.
Plan before the last week
Don’t wait until the week before a big event. Start as soon as you know the date and roughly how many shirts. Tell us about your event, and we will tell you what is possible.
Quick questions
- How many days does printing take?
- It depends on your job and on shirt stock. We confirm your production date on your proof.
- Does rush mean my shirts come the same day?
- No. We don’t do same-day orders. Ask us what we can do for your date.
- Can I pick up my order?
- Yes, at our shop. Check the ready date with us before you come.
